Challenges encountered with regard to acquiring online presence for the NGO

The page has had minimum users from the beginning and I was required to immediately raise social media visibility for people to find the NGO online. In doing so, I faced challenges in acquiring an online presence. This included:

• Raising awareness and visibility for people to like the page.

• Getting people to visit the page and engage with debates on posts

• I have had less time to plan out events and to keep the social media accounts active

• I had delays in updating posts because of loss of connectivity.

Acquiring social media attention in this regard has been difficult and has led to the slow growth of the online community for NGO.
